As corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GPDR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) as defined by the TTDSG. Recipient of personal data
In the course of our business activities, we cooperate with various external bodies. In some cases, this also requires the transfer of personal data to these external bodies. Inquiry by e-mail, telephone, Whatsapp or Zoom
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or Whatsapp, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

WhatsApp is a messenger service from Facebook. The company headquarters is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. WhastApp has the Privacy Shield of the USA https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TSnwAAG&status=Active and can therefore evaluate personal media data in the USA according to Art 45 GPDR.

We use the “Zoom” tool to conduct conference calls, online meetings, coaching sessions and training sessions (hereinafter: “Online Meetings”). “Zoom” is a service provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. which is based in the USA. “Zoom” is a service provided by a provider based in the USA. A processing of personal data thus also takes place in a third country. An appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed on the one hand by the conclusion of the so-called EU standard contractual clauses.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
